Priority Support
Have a question or need support between appointments? Take advantage our our Priority Support Plan and receive support by email or phone.
The annual fee is $225 (real-time value over $1,250). This ensures phone calls and/or e-mails will be answered promptly for any incident or follow up work needed (excluding on site visit, if required). If you do not purchase the Priority Support plan, then a regular hourly fee of $75 per hour will be charged with a minimum fee of $75 per call or e-mail.
